Ive talk about smoking can cause male infertility by reducing sperm motility and affect its shapes. For now, we will go deeper why you have to give up to smoke in order to get conceive as soon as possible. Smoking is really bad for you. You all alreadey know it. Yet 30 percent (or more) of women in the United States still smoke. Do you need some good reasons to quit? Here are a few you may consider.
If youre a smoking woman, you have to consider these facts :
- Smokers are 50 percent more likely to miscarry. Wow, this is unconvenient fact for woman, you must choose between smoking and pregnancy. If you still insist to smoke, you may not regret if something wrong goes with your upcoming baby.
- Smokers are two to four times more likely to have an ectopic pregnancy (one that implants in the fallopian tube rather than in the uterus). Yeah, two to four is 50 %.
- Smokers go through menopause earlier, decreasing the number of years pregnancy can occur.
- Smokers’ eggs have more genetic abnormalities. This is cause your baby has probability to get abnormalities.
- Smokers’ eggs are prone to polyspermy, where two or more sperm enter an egg. The embryos that result are chromosomally abnormal and will not grow.
-
If you’ve quit but your partner hasn’t, he may want to consider the following:
- Men who smoke have a lower sperm count. Ive talked about it earlier at this blog
- Men who smoke have a 20 percent decrease in sperm motility.
- Smokers’ sperm have more abnormal shapes. Abnormally shaped sperm have a higher rate of chromosomal abnormalities.
So, what would you choose, still smoking or conceive as soon as possible. Iam about to tell you, if you insist to conceive, stop smoking and live healthier.

I agree. Smoking is hazardous to your health can impede your chances of getting pregnant. So if you smoke quit now, unless you didn’t want a child or if you want a child who has a lot of illnesses when they grow up. You can quit smoking with the help of natural medicines. Try to ask a specialist about it.
